The panes have many layers to aid them both visually and structurally. The paned sleeves curve over three tiers of puffed brocade attached to a sleeve base. Large bows handmade from many yards of ribbons and brocade, adorned with jeweled appliqués, decorate the center front. Gold tipped-ribbons made from various brocades used in the costume hang over the skirting. These are trimmed with metallic twisted cord in shades of gold, black, and wine. The doublet is made from panels of silk velvets, crushed velvet, and brocades.

The main part of the costume consists of a doublet with elaborate sleeves, and breeches. Easily the most complicated & complex costume in all of Phantom! This massive undertaking took hundreds and hundreds of hours to complete, and is inspired by the costume Ramin Karimloo wore as the Phantom.
